The Matrix H5x Hybrid Recumbent Bike is powered by an ultra-powerful—yet super quiet—Johnson Integrated Drive resistance generator, that promises a quiet workout even at top speeds. And speaking of speeds, the Matrix H5x has one of the widest speed ranges in its class, making it ideal for users of all ability and skill levels. The bike comes equipped with 8 pre-programmed workouts that help take the guess work out of total fitness. They include an Interval Training regimen; a program that tracks and monitors the Target Heart Rate for the ultimate in fat burning; a weight loss workout; a course through rolling hills; a Constant watts-based workout; and a Fitness test. Like all Matrix exercise machines, there is also a manual function, which allows riders to create their own customized workout.
