UK Delivery Rates

Wales / England / Scotland / Northern Ireland

Standard items — 3–10 business days: £65
Oversize (Treadmills & Large Crosstrainers) — 3–10 business days: £100

Republic of Ireland / Europe

Standard items — 3–15 business days: £200
Oversize (Treadmills & Large Crosstrainers) — 3–15 business days: £300

All Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and European customers are required to apply for an EORI number. Please fill out the quick form and send us your number before ordering.

Important Delivery Notes

Some items may experience a longer delivery schedule than shown above. Where this is the case it will be displayed on the product page.
Unless otherwise stated, all used items will be delivered fully assembled.
Delivery prices cover mainland UK and Europe only. For other areas please contact us for a quote.
Delivery is via a pallet network and will include a palletised kerbside/yard delivery only. Our couriers are not permitted to enter your building — please ensure you have people and/or equipment to move the goods.

Access & Restrictions

Prior to delivery you are responsible for informing us of any restrictions regarding access to your property that may be a hindrance to our installation engineers or couriers. Tight bends, narrow lanes and low bridges may prevent access. If this information is not provided and we are unable to deliver, you will still be liable for delivery charges.

Receiving Your Delivery

A signature will be required upon receiving the goods. Please check that items are NOT damaged before signing. Drivers are required to give you enough time to inspect goods unless otherwise agreed.

If your goods are damaged DO NOT sign and do not accept delivery. By accepting delivery you are confirming the goods have arrived undamaged and forfeiting the right to claim for any damage.

Free Collection

You are welcome to collect from our warehouse in South Wales free of charge. Opening hours are 9:00am–5:00pm Monday to Friday. A forklift is available for loading equipment.
