Our very own, brand new E4G Wide Chest Press is now available.

The E4G Wide Chest Press machine has been engineered to work in the natural motion of the body in order to optimise the isolation of the intended muscle groups. This heavy duty machine moves in a smooth natural, arcing motion, guaranteeing users the maximum muscle contraction whilst providing the safety of a machine to maximise both the benefit and security for users when training.

The inverted handles and increased range of motion allow for similar muscle activation to a “fly” under increased resistance.
